Does Dish Network offer an automatic payment program?

Yes, Dish Network offers our customers a free service called debit/check card AutoPay. Every month your payment is deducted automatically from your debit check/credit card on the arranged due date. If you interested in using this service please visit Dish Network’s customer support center or tuning into channel 100 on your home receiver. Please note that this service will take one month be take effect and please be sure to pay your most recent balance when you sign up to help prevent from any late fees being added to your account. Dish Network will continue to send you a monthly bill unless you choose to sign up for paperless billing. All of you current and past statements are available online for you at My Account on Dishnetwork.com

If you need to change the current card number, expiration date, or discontinue our AutoPay service you may do so by simply logging onto My Account, calling Dish Networks automated phone system, or turning your receiver to channel 100, Dish Networks home Interactive TV.

For you convenience Dish Network also offers Electronic Funds Transfer which deducts from your monthly charges automatically from you predetermined checking or savings account on the payment due date. If you are interested in activating this service please check the EFT option on the front of your payment coupon and fill in all of the required information. Please be sure to include a voided check and the payment for your current balance. Please note that this service may take 30 to 45 days before it is effective, until then please continue to make your regularly scheduled payments. If for some reason your checking or savings account information changes you will need to resubmit the required information. If you would like to discontinue this service please call 800-333-3474 and speak with a Customer Service Representative.
